Knowledge comes from learning, gathering information, study or training and practice. It comes from trusting that you have a inner knowingness that provides what you need when you need it. It can come to you as sudden insights, from a particular experience or from books. Learning and expanding your abilities and knowledge of how to co-create is an important part of your journey through life and you are loved and supported for all that you do.
